AboutDrops were broken. We built the engine.
Limited releases used to reward whoever refreshed fastest — which meant bots, resellers and burner accounts. Every brand that tried to fix it rebuilt the same raffle, and rarely well. Drop Loop is that raffle built once, properly, and offered as an API.
What we believe
01Fairness is a claim until you can prove it
Plenty of raffles say they are random. Drop Loop is built so the statement is checkable: the draw seed is committed as a hash before the entrant list is known, the draw picks from a cryptographic random source seeded with it, and every draw stores the entrant snapshot and the random value behind each pick. The audit record is the product — it is what lets a brand stand behind a result when the community asks questions, and a public endpoint lets the community check for itself.
02One person, one set of odds
A perfectly random draw is still unfair if one person holds fifty tickets under fifty names. That is why identity comes first: entering requires a phone number verified by SMS and reserved to a single account. It is the simplest gate that meaningfully raises the cost of cheating without punishing legitimate customers.
03An API, because every storefront is different
No two brands sell the same way, so the platform is the engine and the storefront is yours to choose: hosted under your brand, built on the public endpoints with our own client, or headless behind the commerce stack you already run. The draw, the identity gate, the claim windows and the webhooks are the same on every path — and the screens we ship use nothing the API does not give you.
04Built for the people running the drop, too
Fair for entrants, calm for operators. Scheduling, drawing, claim reminders and standby promotion all run themselves, and the admin portal gives your team full visibility with permission-scoped access. A drop should be a marketing event, not an operations emergency — or an engineering project.
Three things we won’t doSimple rules, because a drop has to be trusted twice.
Once by the brand running it, and once by every person who entered and did not win.
Never first-come-first-served
A window stays open for days, so being awake at the right minute is never the skill being rewarded.
Never your checkout
A claim becomes an order in your systems. We never touch payment, and we never mark up your price.
Never a black box
Every draw reveals its seed and can be replayed by anyone. If we cannot show it, we do not claim it.
Ship your next drop on the API.
Get a host provisioned, an API key issued and a webhook pointed at your stack — then run a real draw end to end.
